Our Story
PlyMatrix was founded in Rotorua with one goal: make it easier for New Zealand tradespeople, builders, and designers to get the right plywood — without the guesswork, without the wait, and without paying for a grade they do not need.
We stock six product lines covering every major application: structural construction, concrete formwork, joinery and cabinetmaking, marine and wet environments, decorative architectural interiors, and precision CNC fabrication.
Rotorua is our home base. New Zealand is our market. We deliver nationwide with the same product specifications and service whether you are a solo joiner in the South Island or a commercial contractor in Auckland.
What We Stand For
Product Quality
We source from certified mills meeting international standards — BS1088, AS/NZS 2269, and E1 formaldehyde class. Every panel we supply is what it says on the specification sheet.
